Run a command as Administrator in Windows Vista
To run a command as Administrator in Windows Vista type the command into the run box and press Ctrl+Shift+Enter instead of Enter. For example, entering cmd and pressing Ctrl+Shift+Enter will give you an Administrator command prompt.
